Delivery & Shipping
We currently offer set delivery prices to UK mainland for any accessory purchased through our online shop. You are also welcome to pick up your item for free from our Work/Shop on Hackney Road.
Shipping to UK mainland is free for pieces from the £9.99 collection.
If you have ordered multiple items these will be sent out together as per the longest lead time. If you would prefer your items to arrive separately please submit separate orders via our online shop or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For delivery outside of the UK, please contact us on email@example.com.
For larger pieces purchased through our online shop, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org for individual shipping quotes. Lozi is happy to arrange shipping on your behalf, or you can choose to pick up your item yourself or organise pick and delivery yourself.
Should you wish for your item to be shipped outside the UK, please contact us on email@example.com to discuss a custom shipping quote.
Before ordering, please ensure that any larger item will fit into your house, including measuring doorways, staircases and entrances. Any costs incurred relating to a failed delivery, rescheduled delivery or cancelled delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
We recommend getting your bespoke project delivered and installed by Lozi’s team of experts. Lozi cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from a delivery or installation not done by Lozi.
