All our products include Free UK Mainland shipping.
You are also welcome to pick up your item from our Work/Shop on Hackney Road.
If you have ordered multiple items these will be sent out together per the longest lead time. If you would prefer your items to arrive separately please submit separate orders via our online shop or contact us at sales@lozidesigns.com
For delivery outside of the UK, please get in touch with us at sales@lozidesigns.com for a custom shipping quote.
Before ordering, please ensure that any larger item will fit into your house, including measuring doorways, staircases and entrances. Any costs incurred relating to a failed delivery, rescheduled delivery or cancelled delivery will be at the customer’s expense.

Bespoke Projects

We recommend getting your bespoke project delivered and installed by Lozi’s team of experts. Lozi cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from a delivery or installation not done by Lozi.
